Kia has announced the release of their greatest electric car, the EV9, and has confirmed that the global debut date will be in 2023. Kia also claimed that the first EV9 models would be released in European markets, followed by the global launch, Kia affirmed that this version is a significant difference in its electric march due to its many distinct characteristics.
According to Kia reports, the new car EV9 retains the external features of the previously unveiled concept, and it will also feature fast charging capabilities in its next car, in addition to delivering an electric range of up to 482 kilometers.
It is worth noting that the next EV9 will have the following external dimensions:
- Length: 4930 mm
- Width: 2055 mm
- Height: 1790 mm
- Wheelbase: 3100 mm
Kia has also revealed that the EV9 would be constructed on the e-GMP Platform. It is worth noting that this platform specializes in models that support both all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive systems.
According to the interior design of the Kia EV9, it will be provided with leather seats, enough riding space, and a steering wheel with a design similar to that of Tesla.
