Aljomaih Automotive, the official dealer for Cadillac in Saudi Arabia, has officially unveiled the new Escalade Collection. This launch transitions the legendary luxury SUV from a single flagship model into a comprehensive portfolio of vehicles. Developed to meet a wide array of driver preferences, the new collection pairs the vehicle's historic prestige with diverse driving experiences.
The collection was introduced at an exclusive event in Jeddah, which brought together executives from Aljomaih Automotive and Cadillac Middle East, alongside media figures, content creators, and VIP clients. The occasion marked the official Saudi Arabian debut of the all-electric Escalade IQ and its extended-wheelbase counterpart, the Escalade IQL.
A Diverse Luxury Portfolio
This new strategic direction unites performance, advanced technology, capability, and electric mobility under the iconic Escalade nameplate. The lineup is structured to offer distinct variations while maintaining the vehicle's signature commanding presence:
The Standard Escalade: Continues to embody traditional luxury and confidence.
The V-Series: Focuses on high-end power and track-inspired performance.
The IQ and IQL: Represent the next generation of the brand, blending Cadillac's heritage with an all-electric future.
Power, Range, and Electric Innovation
Built on Cadillac's dedicated electric platform, the Escalade IQ and IQL maximize interior versatility and spaciousness while delivering a quiet, refined driving experience. Both models retain the signature high-tech infotainment systems, massive immersive displays, and advanced driver assistance features defining the Escalade name.
The Escalade IQ delivers a driving range of up to 724 kilometers, making it the longest-range luxury electric full-size SUV in its class. When using DC fast charging, it can regain up to 150 kilometers of range in only 10 minutes. The Escalade IQL provides these same capabilities but features an extended wheelbase that delivers expanded cargo room and increased practical comfort.
In terms of performance, both the Escalade IQ and Escalade IQL generate up to 750 horsepower and 1,064 Nm of torque when Velocity Max mode is engaged. This power allows the vehicles to accelerate from 0 to 96 km/h in just 4.7 seconds. To improve urban maneuverability, both electric models come equipped with four-wheel steering and Cadillac Arrival Mode, which allows the full-size SUV to move diagonally at low speeds.
Leadership Perspectives
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Mishari Ibrahim Aljomaih, Chief Operating Officer of Aljomaih Automotive, said: "The launch of the Escalade Collection represents an important milestone in Cadillac’s journey, as Escalade evolves from a single iconic flagship into a complete portfolio of experiences that combine luxury, performance, and innovation.
