The BMW Z4 was one of the models affected by the corona pandemic's impact since the most recent version was released in 2019 and could not meet the needed sales targets, leading to concerns that the car might be discontinued.
Against expectations, BMW has declared that it would begin development on new improvements to the Z4 in 2023, with a global release in 2024, in the hopes of generating larger sales than in previous years.
It's also worth mentioning that the Z4's low sales were not just due to the pandemic; several experts in the automotive industry agreed that the car Z4 was not dynamically stronger than previous versions, and had a little less strong chassis, which the brand is working to improve.
BMW Z4 performance is a four-cylinder turbocharged engine with a capacity of 2.0 liters that produces 195 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, and it's unclear whether BMW plans to enhance the e1a performance or not.
