The General Department of Traffic in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched an online vehicle plate auction service that enables participants to join the auction and have renowned plates online. As the department has recently posted a tweet by its official account on Twitter saying “Absher platform allows users to participate in the auction online from anywhere in the kingdom, without having to visit the departments.”
How to participate in the online vehicle plate auction
The General Department of Traffic has also explained the process of how to participate in the service by taking the following steps:
- Enter the Absher Website
- Click on My Services
- Choose Traffic to proceed further
- Select Vehicle-plate Auction Service
- Choose Plate Category
- The owners can now bid on one of the available vehicles
