The 2023 Porsche Macan T will come with distinctive specs in terms of power, performance, and design, as the new editio T sits between the base model and Macan S.
This edition - like the T versions of the 718 and 911 - aims to deliver a sharper driving experience thanks to performance features including launch control and Active Suspension Management as standard.
As for the name, the letter "T" in Macan T, stands for "Touring", meaning that the car is coming as a family touring car, linked to specifications that achieve the essence of fun and exhilarating driving.
The new edition will be powered by a high-performance and highly efficient powertrain, the specs of which include:
- turbocharged engine
- inline-four
- 2 liter
- 261 hp
- Torque 400 Nm
- 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission
- Drive system: four-wheel drive tweaked for more rear-biased power delivery
- Acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 5.8 seconds
- Top speed of 231 km/h
Sport Chrono package will come standard on the 2023 Macan T, adding some other features such as:
- Driving mode switch on the steering wheel
- Launch control
- Analog and digital stopwatch
- Standard active suspension management
Other models are equipped with the optional air suspension also get stiffer anti-roll bars and the optional torque-vectoring system.
In addition, the exterior specs of the Macan T have received amazing, innovative, and eye-catching modifications, as follows:
- Exterior trim painted in Agate Grey Metallic
- Black Macan T logo on the side blades, black exhaust pipes & side window surrounds
- 20-inch Macan S wheels
As for the interior, it includes eight-way power heated sports seats with a Porsche crest engraved in the headrest, covered in a unique upholstery. The heated GT sports steering wheel is standard, as is the contrasting silver stitching on the seats and steering wheel.
Starting in early spring, the 2023 Macan T will be available. Pricing will be announced closer to the on-sale date, but as expected, the price will start at $62,000 which is 232,642 SAR.
