Rimac Nevera, The all-electric hypercar, recently appeared in its last winter test under severe snowy and ice conditions, as these vigorous testing lasted for two weeks at Pirelli's Sottozero near the Arctic Circle in Sweden.
Rimac, who is now the main shareholder of Bugatti-Rimac, stated that the testing was designed to fine-tune systems such as ABS, ESP, and torque vectoring.
Because the daytime temperatures were abnormally warm, the crew had to test the Nevera for extreme temperatures at night.
Seeing as Rimac pays close attention to the 1,914 horsepower Rimac Nivra, and guarantees that every control system works perfectly in all conditions, Rimac had to go to Sweden for the extreme winter testing. The temperature during testing was said to be about -15°C (5°F).
In addition to the systems that Rimac tested in the Rimac Nivra, it included tests on the recommended winter tires for the Nevera – the Pirelli P Zero Winter. The tires were a joint development between Pirelli and Rimac. The Nevera's summer tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 4S.
The Rimac Nevera is limited to 150 units only in the world, and the delivery of the Rimac Nevera is imminent to customers, where the price of one car starts from 2 Million US dollars, equivalent to 8,250,000 Million Saudi riyals. In addition, owners are set to receive their all-electric hypercars within the next two couple of months.
