Mazda today revealed the prices and specs for the new CX-50 2022, which will be built at Mazda and Toyota's Alabama factory.
The new Mazda-50 2022 off-road SUV is similar in size and exterior design to the popular crossover CX-5, though the CX-50 is significantly bigger and has more curves at some corners, making it slightly costlier than CX-5.
The new Mazda CX-50 2022 will be marketed for a beginning price of 26,800 USD, which is equivalent to 100,543 Saudi riyals, according to the basic specs.
For its new CX-50, Mazda has built a greater variety of safety features, including the following:
- Blind-spot monitoring
- Advanced intelligent brake support with pedestrian detection
- Lane Departure Warning System
- Rear Traffic Alert system
- All-wheel drive (AWD)
The new CX-50 cabin is equipped with cutting-edge technology, the most notable of which are:
- 8.8-inch infotainment system
- 10.25-inch center display
- Wireless connection with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Remote car access feature
- Push-button operation
- 8 speaker audio system
- Folding rear seats
Turning to the exterior design, the most distinctive features of the CX-50 2022 is the 18-inch sports alloy wheels, LED headlights, and electric side mirrors.
Mazda also prioritized the car's performance, equipping it with a standard four-wheel-drive system and a 2.5-liter gasoline engine capable of producing up to 265 horsepower. The car will be offered at all showrooms in late 2022 or early 2023 when it will be on the global market.
