Toyota and Yamaha are strengthening their ties that go way back and are now looking to show that the upcoming cars can still drive using internal-combustion engines in a world that lacks fossil fuels, so they set up a plan to develop a hydrogen-powered V-8 engine.
The Japanese companies (Toyota, Yamaha, Subaru, Mazda, and Kawasaki) are looking for ways to widen the horizon of alternative fuel technologies like biodiesel and synthetic fuels as well as hydrogen.
