The Italian lightning struck the automotive world and unveiled the 2023 Maserati Grecale, and just as promised, the automaker offered it with an all-electric version, Folgore, which means lightning in Italian, and it’s also Maserati’s brand for electric cars.
Moreover, with all its outstanding features and strong performance, it will create fierce competition with Porsche Macan.
Maserati stunned us with the variety of powertrains available, with the internal combustion engine also available next to the electric one, and they are as follows:
First Engine
A mild-hybrid 2-liter turbocharged inline-4, with a horsepower of 300 or 320 and 450 Nm of torque.
Second Engine
A 3-liter twin-turbocharged V6, with a horsepower of 530 and 620 Nm of torque, which will get the car to accelerate from 0-100 Km/ Hour in 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 285 Km/ Hour.
Electric Engine
Maserati did not say anything about the electric version's performance numbers, but we suspect a 400-volt and 105- kWh battery, which will give the car an 800 Nm of torque.

The internal combustion variants will start sale in the second half of 2022, as for the electric version, it will follow later in 2023. It is worth noting that the 2023 Maserati Grecale will be built next to Alfa Romeo Stelvio at the Stellantis plant.
