After launching the 5th generation of Range Rover in October, Land Rover , the manufacturer has revealed the 2022 Range Rover SV with its sleek distinct design, as the UK carmaker worked hard and did everything in order to ease the personalization process for all customers.
2022 Range Rover SV is the range-topping grade, which is available in more than 1.6 million remarkable unique configurations.
How does Land Rover offer customers to customize and build their own cars?
A configurator on Land Rover's website lets you view all the options there, which also provides the ability to pick and choose any design that appeals the customer, including choices for the car's interior and exterior look, including options that are relatively new to the vehicle personalization world, such as ceramics and sustainable materials.
The ceramics can be selected as an alternative to normal wood or metal accents, it also can be used in areas like the gear shifter, driving mode and volume controllers, but in particular, ceramics does require a lot of time and work, which could take 10-weeks under process for producing.
There are also options developed by Land Rover's official personalization department, Special Vehicles Operations, which is marquetry, where it is possible to provide high-quality wood veneer in the interior, as found in the front of the cabin of the long-wheelbase Range Rovers with the four-seat SV Signature Suite.
Not only that but there’s also another option, which is a match-to-sample paint option, Here, Land Rover is able to replicate any exterior color based on a sample provided by the customer.

As the Serenity theme features Atlas Silver with Corinthian Bronze accents on the exterior design, combined with a brown & white color split for the interior design.
As for the engine specs, the 2022 Range Rover SV standard powertrain is a BMW-sourced 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V-8, rated at 523 hp.
It is worth noting that plug-in hybrid cars will be coming soon, with an electric option planned for 2024.
